We are currently accepting referrals for families in need with children aged 5 or under and for babies due within the next 2 months.
STOCK
You will find the items available to order by clicking on the “Make a Referral” tab. If the item is not listed it is out of stock. We do not operate waiting lists.
In order to manage our stock levels effectively, the following restrictions are in place:
- Stair gates are restricted to 1 per family. Please only order when needed by the child (or if the baby has an older sibling).
- Cots & cot beds are available for babies aged 2 months+. Moses baskets or cribs are available for newborn babies.
- High chairs & weaning kits are available to babies who are sitting and ready to start weaning.
Useful notes:
- Double prams please include in the “additional information” section the ages of both children using the double pram, and the weight of the older child if likely that they are nearing or over 15Kg so that we can supply a pram with an appropriate weight limit. Please only order if it appears as an option in the “Prams & pushchairs” drop down menu.
- Bedding & mattresses are automatically supplied with Moses baskets, cribs & cots, but can also be ordered separately under the “Cots and Cot beds” drop down menu.
Typical lead times are 1-4 weeks. Please make sure you have read our policy on collections and delivery thoroughly before referring anyone.
DELIVERY
We can deliver your order to your place of work. You will see a delivery option that you can tick when making your referral online.
How does it work?
- Our driver, Seonaid, can deliver orders to your place of work, as stated on your referral form
- Deliveries will usually be between 10am and 2.30pm on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday
- When your order is ready, you will be informed (via email) when you can expect you order to be delivered.

COLLECTION
Where do I collect referrals from?
You can collect your referral from our shop just off Fishponds Road. We will contact you to arrange a time and location for you to collect your referral. You will need to arrange collection of the items and delivery to the family by either yourself or one of your colleagues.
We will email you when your items are ready for collection. All orders need to be collected within 10 days. The items can be collected by the referrer, a colleague or a volunteer or student working with your organisation. Families are not permitted to collect their orders. Please keep us informed if you no longer require your order so we can allocate the items to another family.
Placing your order does not guarantee that we can supply everything however we will endeavour to do our best for the families and offer an alternative if appropriate.
